Waited way beyond 3 weeks for an order and as I tried to get a response after my original communication, she just stops responding. Wouldn't respond through Faire, wouldn't respond through personal text, wouldnt respond through email. Communication goes a LONG way and it's just bad customer service to go radio silent. Then after a month and a half of waiting, they cancelled order. I re-ordered just to save face with customers that pre-ordered. Do better!
