Organic stone ground farro flour and water, rough drawn and slow drying to preserve all the nutrients and the flavors of this ancient wheat. We use triticum dicoccum species for the pastification; we cultivate it and process it inside our milling plant located in the middle italy. Farro pasta has a low glycemic index and contains precious nutrients. Our pasta is perfect with vegetable sauces due to the raw integral taste.
