Superb sprinkled on fruits, mixed in vinaigrettes, dressings, butters, and sauces. Try sprinkled on cooked meat. Pairs with dill, tarragon, oregano, basil, citrus, and Mediterranean flavors. Do not over-use as it may be too bitter and overpower other flavours. Can be used for mild smoking using a smoke gun.
