We purchased pon with the understanding that the weight described would be what was received. However, we received 1/4 of our order. When addressing the difference of weight and price, we asked for the order to be fulfilled as promised, or refunded the difference. They then offered a $30 gift card to spend on their website. At this point we put an email into Faire. The response was to return the goods and be refunded ONLY the product cost. This is not ok, buyer beware! $80 loss due to false ads.
