Unfortunately, there were communication difficulties from the very beginning, as only French can be spoken. In my opinion, a padded envelope is not sufficient for sending jewelry, especially earrings, to ensure the goods are sent properly. Additionally, some of the jewelry pieces were unfortunately of poor quality. No recommendation from me.
