I have never written a bad review on Faire, however this time I felt I needed to take the time to write a review. We have had 3 shipments as new customers so far. The first shipment, we reached out because the heels we ordered in (2 colors) NO ONE can walk in/bad design. Absolutely unacceptable to have out on our floor. We asked if we could ship them back and get in-store credit and we were denied. The second shipment, we were missing a ton of sizes and Cocci made us feel like we were lying.
