We purchased customized Christmas ornaments last year and were very pleased. This year we ordered more customized ornaments but felt that the colors appeared faded. However, after posting a review, I received a message from Clairmont. We exchanged several messages, and I was very impressed by their efforts to investigate my concerns. While the end result was that their production team stood by the colors, I was very impressed by their customer service. They truly went the second mile!
