Tarpons are one of my favorite fish.  They just have such a pre-historic look to them.  When you look at how quickly they vacuum up their food and how wide their mouth opens, boy oh boy.  They can get quite large and such a cool site to see hovering in the ocean.  If you get a chance head on down to Robbie's Marina in Islamorada.  It is a great place to get a close look at the majestic tarpon. Colors of Freedom Series Nothing goes quite together as well as America and fishing.  I came up with this series after painting a large mural at Mangrove Mike's Cafe in Islamorada.  So many people love the mural and wanted something to take home because they loved the design so much.
