The tumbler comes completed as shown. It is printed & cured in our warehouse with UV ink. UV ink will resist fading, scratching, cracking or peeling. All tumblers come with slide lock, spill resistant lid and clear straw. Please hand wash with non-abrasive cleaning cloth and soap. Do not dishwash. * 20 ounce capacity * Stainless steel * BPA Free * Double wall insulation * Vacuum insulated * Sliding splash proof lid * Individually packed in white box * BPA free Please allow an additional 3 to 5 days to process your order. You can order with in stock merchandise but your order will not ship until the tumblers are complete. We do not split ship orders. Not all designs are seamless. You may see a slight line on the back where the design comes together and will not line up. Due to screen differences on all devices, actual color may vary. This is normal and we do not refund for this. All sales are final.

The product look to be well prepared and done. When we first got it. Then I had some of the tumbler start pealing on my customers. Pretty tumblers doesn't seem to care about standing behind there product that starts to fall apart. You can see in the photos how the sublimation is starting peal off.
