Lets be clear there is distribution, fulfillment (FAIRE) and the Product (PURE & NAT)customer service - Distribution was quick, but some of my product boxes were in rough shape and not from the shipping box appearance, debating on sending them back - I certainly don't want my customers receiving uncared for packages - packing - and as far as the brand rep itself - you couldn't be more fortunate then to have this company in your stores
