A bit of difficulty with customs to receive the package. It would be good to specify before taking orders that a VAT number is required for micro-entrepreneurs, even under the basic exemption. Everything is in order now and I am satisfied with the products received.

I order often from this brand as they have a lot of items you just don’t see anywhere else. I’ve only had a problem once where something was missing from my order but it was corrected immediately and shipped out at no cost. The customer service is quick and efficient. Where I am international from them the shipping and duties can be high but their prices are fair on most items to balance this, at least for me. I highly recommend them and will be a long time customer.

I am extremely satisfied with this supplier, whether it's the shipping, the items, or the customer service. The only downside is the export to France... the customs fees are very expensive 😔 but well, I love these products so much that you can't find anywhere else.
