A Monocultivar oil is produced with olives of a single variety to enhance their aromas and flavors. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with Peranzana olives, coming from a single territory, ours: the only one able to produce them. Peranzana is a typical cultivar of Alta Daunia and Torremaggiore; there are several legends that have been handed down regarding its origin. The most accredited one attributes to Duke De Sangro its import from the French province of Provence, hence the name Peranzana. The olives are harvested and processed on the same day to obtain an excellent product, extracted strictly cold. Each bottle therefore contains the whole history of this territory and of a work with attention to the smallest detail. Size - 100 ml bottle
