Mammoth Halves are our largest pecan halves. They have medium oil content, which means they have an excellent flavor. They are versatile, making them great for snacking and cooking! Based on environmental factors, certain varieties may produce better from year to year. We will choose the highest quality variety in the "Mammoth Halves" collection to fulfill your order unless otherwise specified. Varieties Include: Desirable, Oconee, or Pawnee. Pawnee flavor and color differ slightly from Desirable or Oconee by having a slightly buttery sweet flavor, and often have a distinct speckling to the meat. Our Pecan halves are shipped in 1lb bags. (Bulk case is not individually bagged per pound)
