austiNuts has been freshly dry-roasting nuts in Austin since 1993! Our dry-roasted nuts are a healthier snack option that preserves natural flavors and crunch. They maintain essential nutrients like protein, fiber, and healthy fats, without the unhealthy fats and calories found in oil-fried nuts. Our founder grew up enjoying fresh roasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruits along the Mediterranean. After moving to Austin to pursue a doctoral degree, he couldn't find dry roasted nuts with the same freshness and crunch. This led him to start austiNuts, devoting his free time to perfecting his vision of a dry roasting nut company. In 1993, he opened the first retail store with custom-built dry roasting ovens, quickly winning over locals with fresh, crunchy nuts and a warm atmosphere. In 2003, austiNuts expanded with the launch of a wholesale division, distributing products across Texas. Today, austiNuts thrives, shipping products nationwide.
