Big Kick is a riso print in 3 colors. The print is inspired by Lindy Hop / Charleston / Swing dancing and tries to capture the fun that dancing brings! About the Dance Moves series: An attempt to depict the great love for different dance forms. It's a challenge to capture movement, connection and music in paper and ink. Risography is a technique where you use a duplicating machine to print colours separately, layer by layer. The result is somewhat reminiscent of screen printing. Risography uses semi-transparent inks based on vegetable oil (soy or rice). Due to the technology, each print is slightly different, which makes each riso print unique. Designed & printed by VrijFormaat at their studio in Utrecht. Ink colours: red, green and black. Paper: 160 grams Biotop, A4 sized (21 x 29.7 cm)
