Jen & Co responding instantly to a concern and replaced a faulty item very quickly. The rest of the products were as described and have been good sellers in our shop. They have many unique options to choose from for great prices. We are very pleased with this vendor.

Order arrived quickly. There is one bag with some very noticeable black markings on it, so I'll have to mark it down and hopefully can at least break even on it. Disappointing they would send me a bag in that condition. Also, I should've checked online before ordering. Didn't realize they also had a retail shop. I won't be able to mark up to the margin I need with the way the retail price is set at their store. I'll see how they sell and go from there I guess. Overall, reasonable quality.
