Although it took 2 months, a number of messages back and forth with the vendor and Faire support team, the product did arrive. The product quality and value exceeded my expectations and it was very well packed. I will buy from this vendor again.

Absolute terrible experience. ZERO communication except "apologies" ... Multiple tracking numbers & excuses until I finally said I would let Faire handle it. Suddenly the product was on its way... Eventually the journals came and 6/10 smelled of mold & mildew - completely unsellable!! I had to report damages to get them removed but even after selling the remaining 4, I was barely able to pay my invoice due to the shipping costs.
