2025/2026 Agricultural Harvest – FAVOLA Tonda Iblea Monocultivar extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Tonda Iblea olive variety. The “Ciaurusa” olive, scented with the mountain breeze. Characteristics: Fresh aroma with notes of tomato and freshly cut grass. Medium fruity flavor, highly pleasant and well balanced. Processing: The olives are harvested before veraison, the stage when they change color from green to purple, in the mountainous area of the province of Syracuse. They are milled within 12 hours of harvesting to ensure the highest quality of the final product. Cold extracted in the company’s own olive mill. Pairings: Exceptional when enjoyed raw on a simple slice of bread. Ideal for dressing traditional Mediterranean dishes, salads, soups, and grilled vegetables. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Best consumed within 18 months from bottling.
