Wholesale Mothering the Mother

A comprehensive exploration of postpartum traditions that emphasize the importance of nurturing mothers during their most vulnerable times. As a mother, grandmother, and traditional midwife, Shafia M. Monroe intimately knows about childbirth and the fourth trimester.
