They are extremely popular across South America, and soon-to-be popular in your house too! The anatomy of a classic Argentinian alfajor: two lemony shortbread cookies, filled with rich dulce de leche and rolled in shredded coconut. The combination may not sound particularly interesting, but, in our opinion, the simplicity is what makes this cookie amazing. The combination is unmatched. They are buttery, melt-in-your mouth, and will have your taste buds singing! Each box includes two chocolate, two classic and two lemon alfajores. Shelf life: 15 weeks.
