I ordered June 27th and my order was processing for 19 days. I communicated with the seller 2-3 times and was told my order would be getting shipped soon. I had to contact Faire support to actually get my order shipped. Support was told that my order was taking a while to ship out because their smudges needed more time to dry but I only ordered stones, no smudges. When I received my order the box was badly damaged. Of my 8 stones, 6 are sellable. They are sadly not as advertised.
