Our Brazilian Single Origin coffee grows at an altitude of 1,300 meters on the small Fazenda Sao Silvestre. The most fertile volcanic soil ensures that this mild, balanced single-origin gourmet coffee made from 100% Arabica beans regularly achieves top marks at tastings. In terms of taste, top Brazilian coffee is characterized by a mild, harmonious aroma and a caramel note with a long-lasting aftertaste. The coffee plantation, which covers just 250 hectares, is managed by the Andrade family, who produce this excellent farm coffee with great social and environmental responsibility. The farm is a member of the Brasil Speciality Coffee Association (BSCA), which pays attention to quality and fair wages.
