Pack of 500 g of half-penne ribs made from 100% Italian organic wheat from Antico Saragolla, bronze-drawn, with long and gentle drying at a low temperature. The striped half pen is our traditional pasta format, but unique for its proud temperament, flavor and consistency and which will enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of pasta does not allow us to define a unique cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check its cooking until you reach the preferred one.
