We had a hiccup with delivery - as I live in a small town and depending on shipment can be a little messy. However, they were super easy to work with. To top it off when I placed my second order, I sent them a message to remind them about my shipping, and they had already made a note on my account. They are on top of it! I will continue to order from them! Also great price for the quality - my customers LOVE the signs!
