Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, this garlic press set is intentionally shipped without a retail box. Based on past experience, boxed packaging was more likely to be crushed during transit, which could damage the product itself. For this reason, we currently use protective wrapping to prioritize product integrity during shipping. The item was delivered as designed and is fully functional. We understand that packaging expectations can vary, especially for retail display, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We are actively working on upgrading our packaging options, including adding boxed packaging in the future to better meet the needs of boutique retailers. โOtterware โข 22. jan. 2026
