Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, this garlic press set is intentionally shipped without a retail box. Based on past experience, boxed packaging was more likely to be crushed during transit, which could damage the product itself. For this reason, we currently use protective wrapping to prioritize product integrity during shipping. The item was delivered as designed and is fully functional. We understand that packaging expectations can vary, especially for retail display, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We are actively working on upgrading our packaging options, including adding boxed packaging in the future to better meet the needs of boutique retailers. —Otterware • Jan 22, 2026

The items feel very cheaply made and don’t fully match the product photos. For example, the tulip clip holder has black wording across the front, which is barely visible in only one of the listing photos and appears hidden. Most photos make the holder look like a plain clear container, which feels misleading.

My order took quite a while to ship, and I was later notified that one of the items in my order wouldn’t be fulfilled. While I did receive the rest, the overall quality was disappointing. Additionally, one of the fry clips broke immediately when I tried to use it, and the fry holders themselves are made of thin paper. Overall, the products feel lower quality than expected.

The meat chopper arrived in a torn, unusable bag with the hang tag not attached, making it unsuitable for retail display or resale. The seller repeatedly justified this as a “quality choice” for shipping safety, rather than acknowledging the product was not delivered in retail-ready condition.
