Years ago I had a business idea to create coffee flavored coffee cakes. I wanted to call the business Java Cakes. I had created the amazing coffee cake recipe and I included coffee right in the cake. It was delicious and the inspiration for this granola. Imagine a vanilla latte butter cake topped with a cinnamon toffee crumble and drizzled with a vanilla icing.
