Communication was nothing less than excellent. Fulfillment was a tad bit longer than many and a couple of the coasters were damaged in shipping, but that happens. Will definitely buy from again.

I did not receive 3 of the items I ordered. The Vintage Farmhouse 15" x 12" cutting board did not come, but one I DID NOT ORDER came in it's place. I was charged for the board I did not order and would like this issue fixed. Thank you.

I wish the packaging lent it self to a more upscale look, but I can do that by taking it out of the packaging. I think it downplays the quality and beautiful coasters!
