We made this spicy pickle mustard in collaboration with the musical awesomeness that is Guster (the band). Gustard is a garlic, dill, jalapeno and cucumber mustard that is fabulous on sausages, burgers and pretzels. This artisanal condiment is perfect for gourmet food stores, delis, and gift baskets. A portion of all proceeds from Gustard are donated to Zeno Mountain Farm, a non-profit that hosts retreats to support lifelong friendships and opportunities for people with and without disabilities and other marginalized communities.
