About Eat This Yum
OUR KITCHEN! OUR HANDS! NEVER CO-PACKED! In 2010 Gino De Schrijver, a chef of 35 years, developed a line of savory and sweet culinary preserves to pair with every course of a meal. Unexpected herbs blend with fruits to yield complex, well balanced flavors. Gino transformed the underutilized spaces of The Delaware Valley Volunteer Firehouse into a FULL production facility. In exchange, they receive 5% of our gross revenue. The surrounding farms inspire many of our jams. We preserve only with 100% certified organic cane sugar and lemon.

OMG! Everything from Eat This Yum has been incredible. I have not put these on the shelf yet but will soon. I know they will be a hit. I am a jam enthusiast and these exceeded my expectations! My favorites are the Banana Jam, Strawberry Lavender Lemon, and the Spiced Pear. Holy... cow.. highly recommend!!

Hi Jennifer, We completely understand that shipping costs can feel high, but we do not set shipping rates — those are determined directly by UPS. We’re very transparent about both our wholesale pricing and suggested retail pricing from the start. We also use premium ingredients and make everything by hand in small batches, without co-packers. That level of quality does come at a higher production cost, but it’s also why we’ve been able to stay in business for 15 years and continue to grow with loyal customers who value the product.
