The items are adorable. During shipping some were destroyed but the company was amazing at resolving the issue. I uploaded and photo of the damages and they issued a quick credit. Shipping is a little long but we just budget timing when we place our orders.

A month to ship to me. I received a message telling me they would not be shipping one of my trees as it would double their cost in shipping. Message after message asking when it would ship story after story for an answer. When I told FAIRE that I no longer wanted the order, it finally shipped. It was painted with the thickest white messy paint. It took me hours to sand to make it look more presentable and not like a child had painted it. The design and wood quality are nice
