Premium Binchotan small batched, artisan produced from sustainably harvested Quebracho Blanco (angiosperma quebracho blanco) one of the hardest woods. The wood is carbonized using the nereshi process the same process perfected by the Japanese Charcoal Masters of the Edo Period (circa 1600 ad) and then optimized for water purification using our "first of kind" proprietary all natural process. Our Charcoal is of exceptional purity, so pure that it has the electrical conductance properties that adsorb impurities such as chlorine, chloramines and heavy metals while naturally enriching the water with bio-available Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium.
