Description
This rainbow ribboned tutu is one of our specialty items. We added another layer to complete the rainbow making this tutu 5 layers of 6' inch soft nylon tulle attached to an 1 1/2 inch elastic waistband. Each layer is adorned with the same color matching ribbon resulting in one of our fullest tutus. We use our customary technique to create the highest quality handmade tutu.
