Description
Our special extra full 5 layer rainbow tutu has red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple soft nylon 6" tulle. We added an additional layer to complete the rainbow. We use out customary technique to create the highest handmade quality tutu. Soft nylon tulle is attached to an 1 1/4 inch elastic waistband. This pairs well with any outfit or costume that needs a punch of color.
