For a first order, one should be informed before completing the order that the EORI number is required for customs processing. I waited 6 weeks for my goods (although payment was made immediately) because the processing with UPS was so difficult. Unfortunately, communication with UPS is also poor, so I didn't know if the package would ever arrive. There is nothing to criticize about the goods themselves. Great quality at a good price.

Love Emma Ball products and so do my customers. Shame the shipping costs are so high which eats into profit margin but delivery is quick and goods well packaged. Great range of products and still priced well.
