Description
Joie's Herb Scissors gently strips herb leaves from the stem and snips uniform pieces that look neat and cook evenly. Herb stripper openings in the protective sheath remove delicate leaves from woody stems. The sharp blades gently snip the leaves to size to release their fresh flavors and aromas without any overworked bitter or grassy flavor. They're ideal for snipping chives, cilantro, parsley, basil, dill, oregano, sage, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, marjoram, mint, green leafy vegetables, and more. Use the notched tips of the protective sheath to clean away any stuck-on herb pieces from the blades. After scissors are washed, insert the blades into the protective sheath for safe storage.
