One box was packaged less securely, so the item boxes were damaged a bit, though the product was fine. The pictures of the appetizer plates are far more vivid than the actual product, especially on the "Flight" set. They are still very beautiful, and a great value, just not exactly as pictured on the website and on the boxes themselves, so we were a bit surprised when we opened them.
