Description
Adorable felt RACCOON ornament measuring ~3″ tall, each complete with a cream colored knit scarf. Hand made in Kathmandu, Nepal by artisans from the Association for Craft Producers (ACP). ACP is a fair trade organization that provides design, marketing, management, and technical services to low income, predominantly women, Nepalese craft producers. Meera Bhatterai, founded ACP in 1984, with a vision to help women gain social mobility by creating a market where they would not be exploited. Today, women from 15 districts in Nepal have the resources and opportunity to utilize their talent as artisans, become more financially independent, and gain more credibility in their communities. Ganesh Himal Trading has partnered with ACP for over 40 years to bring their beautiful products to the US and Canadian market!

My first order with Ganesh Himal was a little clunky because they do not list pictures or options for all items available. However, they sent me pictures separately upon request and all worked out well. I was very happy with the quality, pricing and the speediness of every order. Sadly, customer service has gone down hill with their rep telling me that I'm not worth their time. So, sorry, I guess my money isn't worth their time either. As a small business owner, I don't need that crap.
