Spoke to a lady last week she stated they were out of stock of a doll and would send me another one. I said totally fine. Myemployees received our order and didn’t realize I spoke to the lady so they did simple protocol and reported a missing item. The lady calls me this morning telling me I needed to get a grip on my employees and was so ugly on the phone. Which can be an easy fix.I suggest no one do business with these people. This is how they will treat you!!!!!!
