All of our vinyl is made by our family of artisans in the EU. Each doll is hand made and finished here in the USA. ** Pippa does not ship in a window box. She is wrapped in tissue and packaged in a brown box.

Kennedy and Friends™ Pippa Parker™ 18 Inch Fashion Girl Doll
Spoke to a lady last week she stated they were out of stock of a doll and would send me another one. I said totally fine. Myemployees received our order and didn’t realize I spoke to the lady so they did simple protocol and reported a missing item. The lady calls me this morning telling me I needed to get a grip on my employees and was so ugly on the phone. Which can be an easy fix.I suggest no one do business with these people. This is how they will treat you!!!!!!
