Whisk until well combined. In a separate bowl add the remaining milk and 1/2 tbsp blueberry sauce, whisking until combined. Add the remaining 2 tbsp blueberry sauce to the bottom of a 14 oz glass. Fill with ice, then add the blueberry milk, followed by the matcha milk poured over for a layered effect. Enjoy! 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞: Makes approximately 1 cup of sauce 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • 2 cups (fresh or frozen) blueberries • 1/4 cup sugar • 1/2 cup water • Squeeze of lemon 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 2–3 minutes until the blueberries begin to burst. Remove from the heat and let cool. Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
