Luxurious Rose Bath Soak A beautiful combination of Pink Himalayan Salt and Epsom Salt. Magnesium (Epsom Salt) is essential for stress reduction and promoting restful sleep. Himalayan Salt helps detoxify the body, cleanse the skin, and stimulate circulation. Warm salt baths are also beneficial for regulating fluid retention in cells, reducing pain, and easing swelling. Each bag contains 12 oz of our herbal salt blend and 1 muslin herb bag. HOW IT WORKS Place 2–3 tablespoons of the salt blend into the muslin herb bag. Place the bag in warm bath water, allowing the salts to dissolve and the herbs to infuse. Remove the muslin bag and discard the contents. Rinse the muslin bag and reuse as desired. Soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
