Due to the artisanal process, slight variations like air bubbles on the edges or uneven colour may occur, and they are not considered a fault. Please note that when harsh cold temperatures occur in transit, the top of the wax might "crack", that is just an aesthetic issue and it doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way. It can be easily fixed with a hair drier or a heat gun at low speed.
