There's a helpful "heat" chart included w/ each shipment, providing the ratings of each sauce & seasoning. Free recipes are often included, too. Each product can be purchased individually - min qty req'd - but beautiful gift collections are also available. Starting out, I didn't know what the products were like & I didn't have a lot of $ to spend, so I purchased a few of the assorted collections & disassembled them for individual sale. Fair price. Good cause. Great sauces & seasonings.
