The quality of the product is great. They B2B (wholesale) side of the business needs reorganization. Our order took three weeks to ship and this is the second time items weren’t properly packaged resulting in some items coming undone from the cardboard and fasters. Additionally, we lost two sales from customers who ordered direct since our reorder took too long to arrive.

Like every other item I've received from Lucy & Co, the quality is top notch. The only change I would like to see is a change to the buckles on the collars- they are a little tough to snap and unsnap. Nearly impossible for someone a little older or who may have low hand strength.

And here’s why….. 1. Products are insanely gorgeous and the product quality is literally amazing in every way. I am beyond impressed! 2. The harnesses, collars and leashes I ordered all came with cardboard backings on them along with sizing chart on the back. So, if you have slat walls, you can hang them up. This was very important to me! 2. Processing and shipping were very fast! 3. I Have ordered 3x and will continue to reorder. You will love them like I do! Thanks Lucy & Co!
