Our jewelry is designed in France by Marie-Laure and hand-crocheted in Nepal, celebrating the art of beading in Nepal. While necklaces and bracelets are integral to their culture, the Maison Kizo Nepalese bracelet stands out: it is not a traditional piece of jewelry, but a contemporary creation now embraced by many young women in Nepal. Many designs are registered and protected at the INPI, ensuring their authenticity and exclusivity. The Nepalese artisans we collaborate with work independently and make the bracelets in their free time. With great dexterity, they string glass beads onto a strong thread, often creating specific patterns and designs, giving a unique appearance. They simply need to be rolled around the wrist, and the crocheting of the cotton thread into a tube gives them flexibility, allowing them to be stacked and combined endlessly.
