This is the ultimate chile head spicy ketchup As you guys know we specialize in extreme chile head hot sauces but for this one we wanted to create a sauce that everyone could enjoy. The ingredient list is amazing and includes fire roasted red jalapenos and tomatoes, cayenne peppers, garlic, onions, cilantro and enough Carolina Reaper peppers to give it a good kick along with a splash of lemon and lime and a touch of sea salt and select spices. The Rojo is amazing on burgers, fries, onion rings, chips and even as a cocktail sauce for shrimp. This is not a melt your face off hot sauce. This is a sauce that you can and will use everyday.
