The olive grove is located in the Peloponnese. It produces a rare local variety of olives, the Koutsourelia, harvested from December to January. Respecting local cultivation traditions and through very strict organic processes, the producer has succeeded in extracting an extra virgin olive oil unique in aroma, taste, color, and texture. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve the beneficial biological substances of the olive oil. After years of dedicated work, this oil has achieved the sought-after superior quality.
