The customer service was terrible. Rarely received a response and when I did, she was very rude. The products were decent but not what I expected. I returned them. I asked for a sample of the whipped body butter. She said she would send one with my order but I didn’t receive it. I never received a response when I inquired about it then she sent me a nasty message about my return request. I will never shop with her again unfortunately. Where was I aggressive? Try again honey!
