Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear the candles did not meet your expectations. The candles are not mass produced or factory made. There will always be inconsistencies in the size and colors (dye batches are small- they are custom to the brand). In a sense, they are DIY, as there is someone making each candle from start to finish.
