I always hate leaving these kind of reviews. This was my first order with Gypsy studio. The designs of the toiletry bags are cute, but upon receiving them there were several that were already damaged (stitching coming undone). I reported them and took pictures. I put the rest on my sales floor. In just a week I had several of the zippers break when customers would try to open them. I can’t speak for any other of their products, but I was really disappointed in the quality of the toiletry bags.

The merchandise received was 7 weeks late. It was intended for Mothers Day selling Repeated attempts to find out when it would be shipped was ignored. Vendor did not acknowledge the request to cancel or discount. The quality of the product was good and the patterns and colors were is as pictured. However, I will not be reordering from this source

The bags I received were not the bags in the listing. The ones I received did not have the red pipping detail along the top and were very cheap looking. The communication with this seller is extremely difficult so I would use extreme caution prior to placing an order with this shop.
